Customer service rep was gracious - if my car’s navigation system had not decided to mutiny last night, I would not be stuck at a level 2 charger !

Charged successfully. Took a bit to figure out how to use the app that goes with these (-chargepoint+ in the app store). but once I did worked great. plenty of space and right next to a park. great spot to stop for lunch =M
