Clean, respectable, in the quiet parking lot of the San Marcos Public Library. Tame/amateur skateboard park in view, dog-walking park just past that. University & city river parks over the tracks (cross at walkways at either end of parking lots; playground/tube/yak/swim/sunbath/enjoy nature).
