This has consistently been one of the worst chargers I’ve used in any city or state. The app is horrible, turns out, the chargers are super finicky and defective and the support is a joke. Often times they won’t pick up the phone.

Port B on their unit that is online doesn’t work due to damage on the adapter. Unit needs serviced.
