Charger clicks on and off and will not establish a connection to start charge.

In the evening (around 5:45pm) the parking lot was empty. Plugged in the charger and it worked immediately—didn’t have to do anything to activate. 6.3 kW, very slow charging speed, but one of the few non-Tesla charging stations on Hilton Head Island.
