2 of the chargers aren't working. one needs a reset, other card machine isn't working

Station 1 and 4 normally charge at 173-174 kW/hr, though rated at 150. That is during the warmer weather. Station 2 rarely hits 130, even though it is 350 rated.

I charged breafly at a 350kw charger, never saw more than 60kW. Should have seen more than twice that rate. Checked a Mustang and another vehicle, both were charging at a rate less than 90kW with only 50% or so.
