You can prepay for parking using the parkmobile app, $4.45 for 4 hours. Parking isn't free in a city even if you're charging.

You need to pay an additional $10.00 to charge your EV here on top of the chargepoint total. Bethlehem is Not an EV friendly town and will ticket you. I was there for less than 2 hours charging 13 kwh and received a summons on my windshield.The parking authority is right down the street so you can pay the fine right away to avoid court.
