Instructions on pump inaccurate, station ID on pump is completely wrong. I could not activate through this app OR the Shell app I had to download. Spent about 10 min on phone with Shell CS, she had to activate the charger remotely.

Station is there with power but not able to run a card or charge the vehicle. A store employee came out of the hardware store adjacent and told us the station was newly installed but not activated
