There is standing water on the roof by the charging stations. I imagine that it’s not a big deal in the summer but it’s a little anxiety provoking during winter.

all three level three plugs did not work for me and customer service blamed it on my vehicle. no issues on my end. Level 2 plug worked. spent an hour here instead of 15 minutes.

From multiple visits: level 3 out twice, all 3 combos out once and level 2 out twice. Successful twice with level 2 and twice with level 3.
