Crap experience. Even after downloading the app because the machine insisted still wouldn’t charge. Had to call to have them get it working, what junk. DO NOT come here until they get their act together. Electric charging should be as simple as fueling. Drive up, swipe credit card and plug in, no app no other info needed.
