City of Kannapolis-Train Station EV Charging Stations

First time owner of an EV and planning on utilizing the public chargers for awhile. Recently used this for the first time and I was thoroughly impressed. Just being downtown for 30 minutes, my car went from around 60% to 80% and paid $1.60.

It charged, but it took hours. Is there anyway to upgrade to a faster charge time on the app? It only took 15min at the dealership.
