tower 2 is out of service.. location is also poorly marked. It's in front of the Robert L. and Elizabeth S. Cole Auditorium

I've been there 4 times and only got to charge once. The charger shows that the payment system was not available. Thursday 8:30 pm. but the maps on my phone and the car showed available. Please update the availability . the time I did get to charge, it was great. Fast and easy-to-use.
