now this is even odder. the app says it is available whole im plugged in and getting power. so maybe if you look at the app and it says its in use thats your signal to plug in. ??

this is slightly odd but i like it. it is free and twice as fast as most level 2,chargers. youd have to be a grump not to appreciate it. ots charging at 17 kw which is , like i said, twice as fast as slower chargers, so maybe its not quite level 3? who cares! its free.starting it is odd. the apo says its in use even when its not

While technically this is a level three charger, it has a much lower voltage than any other level three charger I have used. It would take over two hours to charge my car from 20% to 80%. That is much higher than the usual 30 minutes that it takes at other stations.A two hour charge time, is not terribly helpful when on a long trip.

Level 3 is not a real level 3. should never take 3 hours to charge
