Just would like to point out that in NYC there are no free level 2 chargers. Technically yes they are free but to get into places they are one has to pay a parking fee that is a lot more than what it would cost to pay at a level 3 DC fast charger. It is deceptive advertising and I would hope someone is able to label all of them as free with a FEE for parking.

Advertised as a J1722 Level 2, but it appears to be a Level 1 charger. Parked for two hours and only received 19 miles of charge. Also, it cost me $18.
