The station is defective. There were 4 stations open but only one (CCS) showed it was accepting cards. The others stated they were unavailable. I charged my Tesla at the CCS stall using my CCS adaptor & debit card. after 19min of charging I got 2kWh of charge or 11 miles of charge & was charged $3.30. I immediately called Electrify America for a refund which they kindly worked on. The customer service rep said they would contact me by phone if my request was approved.
