Charger in front of DXL men's Outlet working great. Activated with ChargeHub for free. Pulling 9kwh. Review below is correct. Don't use the stations with screens that are blank(white).

There are 8 level 2 chargers around the parking lot. Half are currently offline, but the rest let you charge (at 6.2 kW) for two hours for free with no app required. Look for ones with an active display; they're the ones that work. The ones with a blank white display are offline.

It’s free and no app needed. Currently charging at 9kw
