2x I managed to get to an open charger and successfully charge my car at this location. This was the first trip that I've used public chargers (rental car). I had no issues connecting or getting my car charged. Overall it was a great experience. There is one public charger in the west garage that seems to have been offline for at least 2 weeks but the casino still has several chargers accessible.
