CHAdeMO plug got stuck in my car! Luckily I was able to call ChargePoint support and they were able to reboot it, which released the cable. Ended up charging for longer than 45 min after all...

Rates are the weirdest I've ever seen! Charged fast though and in less than 45 minutes. It's odd that the 4 level 2 chargers don't appear on ChargeHub.
