Slow charging. Says level 3, but slower than other level 3’s I’ve used.

Tried several times to get it to work with my Tesla. Unable to get it to charge. Not sure the reason

The app says this is a level 3 charger. My car charged for 1 hour 22 minutes. I got ONLY 26 kw and was charged $20.75. This is terrible! The app says .37 per kw. Should have been charged $9.62.

I needed to call ChargePoint support. They reset the machine. However this is a Level 2. Not 3 and worth the stop.
