Left is damaged and won’t charge. Right is giving an unauthorized error when trying to start. This needs to be fixed.

Left port is not charging, right port has an Evie charging. The adjacent Evie charger is not working at all.

Two of four ports are defective. One has damaged pins at point of charge. The other has been lit up red for weeks now. One defective unit on each of the two towers.
