Slowest port I ever came across

One of these ports is down . & there’s been a Tesla parked in the other slot for over 8 hours. Bull crap

Both chargers working it's a lvl 2. I gained roughly 25% in 5 hours I mean it works in a pinch but not if you Uber or Doordash.
