NEMA 14-50 plug and also regular wall outlet. Pay 10 dollars inside the Quality Inn & Suites. I have a Tesla Model Y and this charger got me to the Marquette Supercharger successfully!

Correction - there are two charging ports. You must use your own changing cord.

There is only one port and costs $10 to use, but it is free if you stay at the Quality Inn.
