Center Street Shopping Plaza EV Charging Stations

The charging stations are at the far back of the parking lot in back of Brothers grocery store, and moderately difficult to find without knowing where they are. The charging station was listed as providing 11.5 kW and only a $1/hour charge, with no charge for the kW. This is wrong. You are charged $1/hour, plus a 9% (of the final charge) network fee, plus a .30 service fee, and the rate of recharge is NOT 11.5 kW, it's only 6.4 kW.
