chk the ChargePoint app B4 hand since all were taken even tho this app sez plenty were available

Enter underground parking from the right lane of Charles Street (one-way north). 7 ChargePoint dual stations and 14 spots available for electric vehicles. The charging stations are on the mid level (near the Exit), rows C & D of the garage. You need to have the ChargePoint card to use the stations. If you cannot access the mid level from the main entrance, drive around to the exit which is on the mid level. You will have to proceed to just a couple rows before the exit before having access. There is an approximately 5 minute grace period where you can leave the garage without paying, if you arrive and find all the spots are occupied.
