Randolph Plaza EV Charging Stations

I called SemaCharge more than a year ago. There are TWO beautiful chargers on a piece of artificial grass and BOTH are not even activated. It is a shame, because I shop in this plaza several times a week and would love to charge up using this station. Nothing has apparently changed in over a year. Very unfortunate.
