Station ID 153016 is shown as Faulted in the app. A car was plugged in to it and the station’s display said: “Err 17.” Could not charge. Reported the issue to Shell Recharge customer support via email.

The level 3 charger works fine now. I needed to download the Shell app and add a balance to an account to draw from.
