2 of the ports in the 3rd floor Rotunda garage are not functioning. One doesn’t light up, the other is blinking red.

Great charging station while picking up groceries. Please report cars (e.g. Tesla in photo) parked longer than the 2hrs allotted to MOM's Organic Market mgmt. Towing can be enforced. This Tesla was parked here over 6 hrs on 12/20/17.
