My app will not show me charge time or cost. So it will over charge me even after I disconnect

I’m on port 5 on the station it shows I’m charging. As you can see on my app it doesn’t show. After I’m finish charging. The meter continues after I disconnect. This causes my account to go into the negative each use. Sadly I have to use this station. It’s the only super charge that I can activate.
