we had an issue with the charge hub app and we needed to download the shell recharge app. we had to make sure that the charger was plugged in and then we could use the app to charge and then it worked it's a semi-fast charger 90 KW it worked good. recommended if you have a if electric car. :)

you can't just use a credit card. you must have an account then pray you get a decent pull. 68 kwh bites. not worth the stop.
