#1 sporadic broken. If you see Filipino guy in silver Volt license 7940 he will shut off power at the disconnect junction box to #2 to make you think that #2 is broke so he can hijack it. I confronted him and he acted stupid until I told him I was watching him from Whole Foods. He drove off a few minute after once I made him turn the power back on.
