Two ports have been saying "unavailable" for months. As for the ports that do work, I think sometimes people plug in and then go on a weeklong cruise.

Charged successfully. Parking garage with cell signal. Free for 24 hr. $8 per day after (despite website pricing). 30 A x 202 V = 6.1 kW
