I have recently used it twice and it worked great.

The super charger was not working and the parking attendant said it never works. There are 2 double chargers. 1 did not work and we were not able to get the other to work with our rental car. Probably our fault - tried for 1/2 hour and gave up.

Ho w do you know for sure there is availability to charge without driving over to charging station.

Charging is free but must pay to gain access to parking garage. As of July 2020 the rate was .50 an hour.
