Tried to recharge my EV6 on 12/18/23. Got there around 5-ish pm. One charger not working, 2 chargers in operation, one available charger. All chargers rated 350 kW - really? Plugged my EV6, could only get 64kW (normally gets up to 232 kW at 15% level). ID4 next to me was getting 64 kW as well. A Porsche got ONLY 37 kW at the other stall!!! 350 kW - really? Electrify America has accustomed us to better performance.

These chargers suck!! Do not charge fast!! Do not work half the time!!

payment on pumps one and two does not work. screen stays black and cards dont work. the other two pumps work verry well with great charging speeds.
