Artis - Tesla EV Charging Stations

2 Tesla Chargers and an EV Charger present. The 2 Tesla chargers do not work and are out of service. It looks like an employee hooks their Tesla up to the general EV charger during the day. I was not able to charge. The owner was not in the car.

Black Chrysler van often blocking one spot. Guess he's pretending to be a Tesla or can't read a sign. Rude SOB
