There are some chargers on 2nd floor just after you enter the garage on the right side. The rest are at the top on the 6th floor

Chargers are at the top and if gas cars are parked you won't get one. Make sure there is not an event at the convention center or you could be S.O.L. for a charge. When I finally found a charger someone unplugged me so I had to sit in my car for 25mins. =E<þ B=!
