Charged here and 2 of 4 stations were working. Note that the CHAdeMO station is back in the corner of the lot away from the other 3. Also the ElectrifyAmerica charge time estimate was 2x longer than it actually took to charge.

The 350 would not work. There was a car charging there but when I tried to use the other outlet the screen would not recognize it. On the other available one my charging port is on the left side of my car and the cable was t long enough to reach even when in

During our entire stay in Paso, there were only 2 of the 4 charging stations working and always a line.

I had a negative experience. Neither the 350w nor the 150w could deliver more than 50miles or so before shutoff
