One of the Charging Ports doesn't work!! It makes you pay a $40 Pre-authorization to use, when it only allows you to charge for 3 hours. Each hour only $1.

tried 2 stalls (left two) and it kept connecting and disconnecting. hardly didn't charge my car at all. I'll try right stall next time.
