Why are Chargepoint chargers located in sucky areas? These are located at an outlet mall, but in the back where the stores receive their deliveries and where they take out the trash. literally located right next to the dumpsters.

What I'm paying for the mileage I got is way worst then gas prices I'm paying just under $7 for for 37 miles and I get 40 plus in my hybrid and gas prices are $5.80 per gallon
