I had a positive experience. Kind of difficult to find, in a narrow alley behind the strip mall. Great for a quick emergency charge or if you're shopping.

i found the chargers in the alley behind the stores. screens were blank, unusable to me. not a great place to park a tesla.

2014/06/14 great. need tapable credit card or phone to unlock. free parking for football/museums. only one port!
