IVY NACS ports are actually chademo> NACS with adapters. our car did not like these and refused to charge. CCS adapter to NACS worked on one of the three CCS chargers although that may have been to user error, this being new for us.

I can’t believe this company (Ivy) has an Ontoute contract! 3 of 4 chargers offline! 1 that did work charged crazy slow. Beyond pathetic. Pitiful.

January 12, 2026: 3 of 4 stations down. The remaining one would only charge my car at 9 kw. Pathetic!

Optiq charged great, but had $20.00 on my account and Ivy still charged me again. Plus there should be a cover put on the chargers for Rain & Snow

I witnessed someone struggling to have connection to the middle charger. Connection through the IV app did not work, and the other station was not accessible, these stations need to be looked at and the app needs to be fixed.

IVY-0247 CSS didn't work. IVY-0246 CSS provided 98kW.
