Still both defective. The one on the right says it’s online but the charge gets interrupted after a second. IVY’s phone number was of no help.

Post 0065 confirmed (today) by Ivy as permanently offline. 0066 was also offline when I arrived, but Ivy tech support was excellent at getting it rebooted. Still, Ivy, please show some respect to northern ON and repair/replace your damaged equipment (here, in Thunder Bay, in Sault Ste Marie...).

Post 0065 has been offline for several days, but 0066 is working fine (although the screen doesn't show charge level). Ivy, time to do some maintenance on your Northern Ontario chargers!
