I’ve charged here previously without issue. Today, it is uselessly charging as a L1 charger - <1kw.

Useless! Charging at less than 1Kw. Same problem on 2 different chargers, even after waiting a few hours.

Oscillated between 1.1kW and 5.2kW. Tried 4 other machines - same result.

Chargers at Market Street entrance are taped off and not accessible. But chargers at the other end if this parade, at Church Street entrance, are accessible and available.
