The stations are on the second floor of the above ground parkade. The level 3 charger was off/not powered so we couldn't use it.

Which parkade in the plaza? Which level? There’s no direction once you arrive at the plaza.

As previous commenter says, this charger no longer works as it used to. Customer service didn’t even respond to my last issue submission. Extremely disappointing bc Flo had previously been my trusted network. No longer.

Inspite of raising this issue of slow charging at 21 KW 2 times in more than 2 months. Nothing has been done to fix this issue.
