Called ChargePoint during the holidays, the problem with #1 is the City of Ottawa. The charger is out since at least November 6th, they need to replace a module, ChargePoint sent a quote to fix it but they haven’t heard from the City. Way to go City of Ottawa. For # 2, it needs to be reset sometimes. For the citizens of Ottawa, call 3-1-1 to complain. Not acceptable.

J’étais en voyage à Ottawa la fin de semaine dernière et j’avais prévue et vérifier les bornes rapides à Orléans au Bob MacQuarry recreation complex et GRANDE déception ou COLÈRE car les 2 bornes rapides n’étaient pas en service… !!! Comment des bornes en bon état peuvent-elles être en panne ??? Des explication SVP. Peut-on avoir confiance en Charge point ? En voyage je pense que NON.

Takes forever to charge 25%. This can't be serious. Besides, the other charging hub has been unavailable for weeks. These shouldn't even be on your map. Do something City of Ottawa ??
