Fussy system, had to try three times. The cable is really stiff so to get it to reach my ID.4 was ridiculous even backed in. This charger had to be plugged in first before hitting pay.

Says 180kW, we got 49 in a preconditioned Ioniq 6 (which can take it like a champ)

very busy tonight's When I got a station the app acted up. Customer service got the Charger to charge without the app. I had to call back a second time to get them to stop the charge. The stop buuon on the charger screen doesn't seem to actually stop it. You need the app for that.

Chargers are beside the entrance to the car wash which can make them difficult to access on a sunny day when there’s a large line for the car wash
