I had a positive experience.

The stations are located just inside the covered parking on the Nothwest side of the mall. No app is needed. However the CHAdeMO ports don't work with my vehicle - they seem to be expecting different signals than my vehicle emits. This seems to be a common situation that other networks handle by not being so fussy. Although there are 4 combo stations, the CHAdeMO port on #4 doesn't seem to be operational. It is there but can't be selected on the panel.
