Level 3 charger was “unavailable” and not working. Dealerships was open and no other cars were charging but the machine was marked “unavailable” and would not activate.

The Dealer close at 9:00PM and gate will be locked after that.... Thanks a girl work here,,who told me to leave before the gate locked.... Though Charger was working, howeven got yo go....

Please be considerate to other people when charging your car. You should not leave your car when in the fast charging station and come back whenever you feel like it. The level 2 chargers are for that, leave your car there and no one would be bothered, but the fast chargers? The name says it, charge your car and leave WITH YOUR CAR, Don't leave it plugged in when it's fully charged. I was waiting for two hours for the fast charging station here and some very intelligent person who owns a grey IONIQ decided to leave the earth and was no where to be found while his car was plugged in to the charger.

I had a negative experience.
