This ChargePoint station is still offline. Can ChargePoint please fix this DC Fast charging station? It has been more than a week since it went offline.

Charged successfully at 48kWh. At $12 per hour plus $1.25 activation, the effective rate is 28 cents per kWh charged. It's not bad considering it's about 20 cents per kWh to charge at home, and takes a lot longer.

new fast charger installed. says it can go up to 50kwh but both times I tried it can only go to 28 kwh
