charging stations are installed but the wires are sticking out of the ground. so we can say they are still under construction.

When? Is it coming soon?! There are currently only 2 FastCharging/Level3 chargers in Guelph and 1 of them has been out of service for over a year. The working one is free, so it is never available because local residents have it booked solid. As someone who need to go to Guelpf every few months, it is highly frustrating that tgere are no fast chagers available.
