Sobeys Gravenhurst ON EV Charging Stations

Only the centre charger is working. Was here two weeks ago and only one was working then too.

In Late night cold now neither myself nor other car behind can get any of the 3 to work even with Ivy support in phone

Charging stations aren't well cleared of snow. Cable barely reaches because you can't pull up any closer.

IVY-0293 station is not working. It does not authenticate with my EV. However, the adjacent stations of the same spot work fine

292 worked as expected. Great location for a pit stop.

0293 wouldn't start, moved to 0292 and it worked fine.

Make sure to initiate your charge with the app before plugging in. I kept getting kicked off or it would accept my credit card but charge for less than 0.4kwh and drop. That was with charger ivy-291. Charger ivy-0293 worked great.

charged and twice said it got unlocked/unplugged (and hence, stopped) although that was not the case. still was able to get 25% charge (21KWH) in my time there.

Charger 3 took a long time initiating and then went offline. I moved to charger 2 and it worked. But I initiated the charging session there before plugging in. That might have been the difference.

Stuck in the “initiating” stage for 10 mins. Eventually worked on 0291.
