The charger is working as expected. It’s putting out 23 kW and my car is showing 21 kW. Temperature today is around 5° so that’s about the normal rate for my car to charge.

A level 3 charger going at 15kW is unacceptable.

it's fine if you're the only one there but clearly the two level three Chargers share a power source because as soon as the second car shows up and plugs in all of a sudden it's charging slower than my level one charger at home. A waste of time and money

only one 50w charger is available the other does not turn on. as stated on the app, these chargers cannot be activated via charge hub app

Kind of a rip off for how slow it charges…. 22$, 1hr and a bit to charge only got 30 kWh in that time. From 35 to 80 in my equinox ev
